Bowden Investment Group was started in 2013 and was primarily focused on buying and remodeling luxury homes. After several successful residential projects Andrew and Doug became interested in Commercial Real Estate.  Bowden Investment Group owns shopping centers and commercial office buildings in Arizona and Colorado. Kelly joined the company in 2014 and shortly thereafter the company was introduced to Multi Family Development. Nick moved to AZ in 2015 and the circle was complete. Doug was excited to have his whole family together and to be able to share his passion for family business with his own children. In May of 2016 the team opened the doors of DUSK, Arizona’s first Net-Zero Energy Multifamily Development.

Bowden Investment Group prides itself on forward thinking and cutting edge investment strategies. While real estate will always be an area of interest, the Bowden family is always looking for other opportunities to be able to spread assets across multiple areas.

Bowden Investment Group recently invested in a software company and a medical cannabis company.  They also own a rental property in Costa Rica and are invested in a spec home in Aspen, Co.  The Bowden family feels blessed to have accomplished so much in their short 5 years in business and look forward to building new relationships and partnerships for mutually beneficial success in the future.
